Refund policy

Mayes OrbitLattice Stationery is operated by MAYES ORBITLATTICE TRADING LLC.

30-Day Returns: You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, email support@mayesorbitlatticetrading.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We reply within 1-2 business days with return instructions and the return address. Please do not ship items back before receiving our instructions.

Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Refunds: Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7-10 days after we receive and inspect the return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, except for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item, the packaging, and the shipping label. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges — please return the original item and place a new order.

Category-Specific Return Notes

Unused workspace goods may be returned within 30 days in original packaging. Items installed with adhesive, written on, bent during use, or assembled beyond inspection are not eligible for change-of-mind return; defects are handled with photos.
